Canada’s figure skaters have provided many memorable moments on their way to capturing an Olympic medal.

In this 12-part series, we catch up with some of these homegrown skating heroes as they give us insight into how they felt in their "Olympic Moment."

 

Now a highly ranked coach of Olympians himself, Brian Orser’s gift to his skaters is his intimate understanding of what it’s like to compete at this every elite level. The 1989 world champion, Orser won silver medals at the 1984 and 1988 Winter Olympics.
